With a year as an agent, I quickly transitioned into a sales manager and built a team. With a small team of 5, we grinded everyday to find the right balance. Fast forward 5 years and 1,500 agents later, I am now the Chief Operating Officer for one of the largest insurance agencies in the United States, First Family Insurance!
